There are many situations where a reusable container is able to dramatically reduce costs by eliminating or minimizing the need for disposable or single-use corrugated paper boxes. In a closed loop or internal use scenario, a plastic corrugated container may be able to be reused eighty or more times, which can easily justify the initial higher cost of plastic compared to containers made of paper corrugated.

There are times when one of our manufacturers makes a small but significant change in a product, putting us in a position when we have two slightly different versions of a product in inventory. The difference in both of these cases is cosmetic and does not impact performance in any way but it does motivate us to get “out with the old and in with the new.” Reducing the cost is the best and quickest way to accomplish that.
